Please note that gift cards purchased prior to January 1, 2008 will
be subject to expiration on August 31, 2008
Appointments
Appointments are required for all hair and spa services. We will, however,
always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. We suggest that you pre-book
your next appointment before you leave the salon is the most reliable
way to secure the date and time most convenient for your next visit.
We do provide a courtesy reminder call 2 days before your next scheduled
appointment.
Cancellations
As a new client, you will be asked for a credit card number to secure your appointment.
We do require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is provided,
we will bill 50% of the fee applicable for the service booked. We will bill your card for 100% of the service booked on all no show appointments.
These guidelines do apply for appointments
made within a 24 hour period of the appointment time.
Payment
Moderne accepts Cash,Checks,Visa, MasterCard,Discover and American Express.
Refunds and Returns
Moderne will only accept returns on damaged products. If you need to return
a product, you will receive a credit towards your next purchase. No Cash Refunds are
given on any Gift Card purchases, or prepaid services. Credit for other services will
be offered only.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tipping envelopes are provided at the front
desk for your convenience, or you may tip your technician directly. We are unable to process tips
with your credit card payment for services.
Attire
Capes are provided to you for your salon and hair services. Robes and
slippers are provided for your spa services.
Cellular Phones
Please turn off your cell phone when entering your Spa treatment to respect
other clients time and service.
