Moderne Salon & Day Spa Policies

It is important to arrive 15-20 minutes before your services to allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork and get changed before you begin your relaxing and rejuvenating experience. 


Day of Beauty & Private Party Packages


A deposit is required upon booking any parties, packages or group services. We require a signed contract and also a deposit of 50% of the total amount of services to hold your reservations. You can also give a credit card to be placed on file instead of the 50% deposit.  Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the services. Deposits are only refundable until one week prior to the services if you wish to cancel. If you must cancel less than a week of the services you will forfeit your deposit.


Cancellation Policy


We want to accommodate all of your guests; we will take a credit card to hold any appointment time. Nothing is charged until the time of service (if you wish to pay in cash later please let your provider know). Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If the allotted time or no notice is not given, 100% of the service price will be placed on the card. 


Gratuities


Gratuities are not included in the individual prices listed, but will be included in any packages purchased. Credit cards may not be used for gratuities.


Cellphones


To preserve our guests’ experience, please turn off or kindly set you cell phone on vibrate. Should you take a call, please be mindful of others around you.


Children


We want each guest to have a peaceful and tranquil experience therefore, please plan to make arrangements for children if you have an appointment for a spa service. No child under the age of 13 will be allowed in the salon for services without an adult present. Thank you for your understanding.
